They watch all the animals and then reach the pheasantry which is an enclosure housing the pheasants. Vikram and Kavita are excited to enter the park trail. He talks about the landscape and vegetation of the Himalayan ecosystem. His father explains that most of the species of animals and birds that live in Himalayas are not found elsewhere in the forests of the plains.

I have been to several site and reading anything I can but I figured I could come here for advice. If I do take on this venture what do I need to know, expect and be cautious about? Would this be enough space for a couple of impeyans? It's 16' long by 5' high panel in circular form and if I remember correctly I believe my center brace on tree in the middle is 7'3'' high. It's made out of horse panel from tractor supply but made into a round pen with a tree as center post w/ aviary netting and canvas top. I have a new pen that I had almost finished before my flock was stolen. Has anyone here ever incubated the impeyan eggs? What was your outcome?Īre they dark speckled eggs like quail eggs? What size are they(wondering if will fit in egg turner)? Pics of eggs would be great. What are the guidelines for hatching Impeyan eggs( temp, humidity, and days)? I'm not really expecting anything but it's the gesture that appreciate. He is not promising me anything as far as hatchability since this would be the pairs first season. If his birds don't set he has broody hens. The friend of the family has offered me a couple eggs to hatch. Anytime a feral cat would come around his area he chased them away so it was a win win situation.
